Journeyman Electrician

We are looking to add a motivated electrician to our growing team!

Our primary focus is commercial electrical work, with steady opportunities in residential and industrial projects as well. We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently and with a team, and is committed to safety and professionalism.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Install various types of conduit systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, motor, and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes and safety standards
- Work on commercial projects primarily, with occasional residential and industrial work
- Perform residential service calls as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of electrical experience or equivalent trade school experience
- Journeyman card preferred
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Experience using electrical hand tools and testing equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Aptitude for using smartphone apps for timekeeping, communication, and expense tracking
- Must provide basic hand tools and steel-toe boots

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly

Compensation:
- Full-time position
- Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Expected hours: 40 per week
